Q. Can I have a proof before you print my order?
A. Yes, proofs are provided free of charge.
Q. How quickly can I have my proof? A. Normally within 2 days.
Q. I am a first time customer, do I have to pre-pay my order before you start printing? A. Yes, we require either a 50% deposit or full payment of your order, we will then set up an account in your company name.
Q. How long will it take for my goods to be delivered? A. Stock items will generally be received in 2-3 days. For printed forms and stationery allow 8-10 working days. Delivery for all other products is quoted at the time of order.
Q. How will I receive my goods? A. By signed courier service (DHL)
Q. I cannot find the printed item I require in your range, would you be able to create it for me? A. Yes, simply let us know what you require. Check out the Custom Print section of our website for more details.
Q. I found a form I like but would need to make a few changes to it, is this possible? A. Yes, we can alter any of our forms to suit your requirements. This would be done through our Custom Print Service. Please refer to this specific section of our website for more details. (Custom Print)
Q. How much will it cost to have my company details printed on one of your forms? A. Any of our forms that are advertised personalised include such prining in the prices.
Q. Can I have a product personalised / printed in a different colour than you advertise? A. Yes, however this may incur different pricing. Such enquiries should be directed to our Custom Print Service team.
Q. If I order a higher quantity than those shown will I get a discount? A. Almost always - if you require a higher quantity on any product simply call one of our friendly Sales Representatives on 0800 616350 and they will be happy to assist you on this matter.
Q. Will I receive all the items I order in one shipment? A. There's a chance that you may not, especially if you order multiple personalised products. We generally ship products when they are ready which means you may receive various items separately.
Q. I already have artwork created, how should I send this to you? A. Please refer to the section of this site called 'Artwork Services' for more details.
Q. What if my goods are incorrect? A. The majority of our products are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied for any reason Contact Us for a full credit, replacement or your money back.
