Qubic Print Direct provides a 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any product* for any reason, simply contact our Customer Services team (click for full details). They can arrange for a full credit, replacement or your money back.

Please note: Clothing that has been embroidered (after proof-approval) is non-returnable. Return of non-embroidered clothing items must be done with 10 working days from their receipt and will incur a handling charge of 10% of the order amount.
